Normal waves in orthotropic plates and prismatic bodies with thin face coatings

We construct and study the dispersion equations that describe the spectra of normal waves with various kinds of wave motion symmetry in a cross section of the waveguides. We compute the dispersion curve diagrams of symmetric waves for several directions of propagation in the plane of a plate and for the axial direction of a prismatic body of monocrystal Rochelle salt.
