| Abstract: | The authors obtain an inequality to estimate the lower bound of packing measure for the self-similar sets with strong separation condition. The lower bound of the packing measure for the Cantor set and a class of Sierpinski gaskers are obtained by means of this inequality. For some self-similar sets which the dimensions are less than or equal to 1, this lower bound is equal to the exact packing measure. |
