| Abstract: | In this paper we define the so called （n,m） type and two-fold （n, m） type blocked circulant matrices with differences between the head and tail blocks in each row. Some properties of such matrices are obtained and a necessary and sufficient condition for such a matrix to be non - singular is given as well. |
