| Abstract: | A new maximal element theorem in noneompact hyperconvex metric spaces is established. As application, a continuous selection and its fixed point theorem are obtained. Finally, equilibrium existence theorems for abstract economies and qualitative games in noncompact hyperconvex spaces are yielded. |
