| 摘 要： | 采用高分子材料制成硝苯地平缓释片 ,测定其释放度 ,以灰色数学模型进行分析 .结果表明 ,用灰色数学模型对药物释放过程进行拟合 ,拟合精度高 ,结果可靠 .灰色数学模型可用于描述其释药行为 .

| Abstract: | The Nifedipine sustained—release tablets were produced form macromolecule material, its release were determined. Grey Model analyzed for the relase. The research results showed that the gray GM(1,1) model draw up for drug release had a high accuracy and results was trustiness. The paper showed that the Grey GM(1,1) model could be used to precisely predict sustained—release dug release process. |
