管材无模扩径壁厚变化数学模型研究

摘    要:对管材无模扩径变形速度场及壁厚变化规律进行了理论及实验研究.分析了管材无模扩径的变形模型、速度场以及壁厚变化的影响因素及影响规律,采用上限法确定了管材无模扩径速度场及壁厚变化数学模型.

Abstract:Velocity field and variation of wall thickness are studied theoretically during tube dieless upsetting. It has been put forward that the variation of wall thickness is in directly proportion to outer-diameter,inter-diameter,and 1+RS(RS is sectional increase ratio of tube).It has been found that the theoretical calculating results of wall thickness during tube dieless upsetting are very approximate to that of experiment.With the width of deformation increasing,but the value of variation of wall thickness and the derivative of wall thickness variation(tf/t0) to width of deformation both reduces.
