Application and Study of Stochastic Storage Model in the SMRs

Small and Medium\|sized Retailers (SMRs) have lots of inventory information, and they need very high turnover for the cash. Therefore, the inventory issue is very important for the SMRs. Our study is focused on the storage theory. The storage theory can help us build the mathematical model and calculate the theoretical number of the inventory. We apply this model to a real retailer and make relevant adjustment. The new model is very suitable for the retailer.
