| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,城市的技术创新能力已成为城市可持续发展的重要因素,在城市竞争中占有重要地位.研究了多级模糊数学综合评价方法在城市技术创新能力评价中的应用;给出了二级模糊综合评价模型,并结合实例进行分析.

| Abstract: | In market economy, city′s technical innovation ability has become very important factor of city′s continuous development and competition. In this paper, the application of multilevel fuzzy mathematic appraisement ways in the ability of city′s technical innovation was studied. The appraisement index system was set up and the second fuzzy comprehensive appraisement models were given out. At last, an example was given to verify the theory model. |
