| Abstract: | The Partial connection number is adjoint function of connection number,It is depict development trend of Identity Different Contrary state in connection number.Apply of Partial connection number in the Analysis development trend of bidding Enterprise,current situation of bidding company must be considered,Developing trend of bidding company must be considered too.Priority will be obtained which considering both currention and developing trend of bidding company by using Partial connection number.This method is helpful to make a rational decision of science bidding. |
