| Abstract: | Considering the uncertainty, randomicity and fuzziness of the thought of experts during their judgements, this essay adopts a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on set-valued statistics. We applied this new model into the evaluation of instructional quality, and the result shows that it is more reasonable and objective than the traditional comprehensive evaluation model. |
