| 摘 要： | 按照客观性、科学性与发展性原则,构建了典当企业内部管理制度评价体系,由6个准则层与25个具体措施方案层的指标构成。以山东省243家典当企业的调查问卷信息统计分析基础上,提出了基于AHP的典当企业内部管理制度体系的构建及评价方法,旨在为典当业分级管理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | It is established of the internal management system of Pawn Company in accordance with principles of objective,scientific and developing.The internal management system is consisted of 6 primary criterions and 25 definite measures correspondingly.By statistical analyzing questionnaires from 243 Pawn Companies in Shandong Province.Methods and theories is brought forth that establish and evaluate the internal management system of Pawn Company based on AHP.It aims to provide reference for classified management of Pawn Company. |
