| 摘 要： | 评价是高校监控教师教学质量和确保人才培养质量的重要手段,且需要综合考虑评价的复杂性和多样性等因素.根据高等本科院校教育教学过程具有显著的马尔可夫性,以马尔可夫链理论为基础,在对本科高校教师教学质量进行模糊综合评价的过程中,利用马尔可夫链的无后效性和预测性,提出了一种综合评价教学质量的模型,最后以某本科高校教师教学为实例,论证模型的有效性及其应用价值.

| Abstract: | Teaching quality evaluation is adopted by colleges to manage and control teaching quality,and to make sure the quality of talent development,and to take into account the complexity and diversity of the college teachers' teaching quality evaluation Because of higher education teaching process have the nature of Markov,put forward one model which could comprehensively evaluate the quality of teaching based on the theory of Markov.At last,an example analysis was done to confirm the effectiveness and Applicability of the model. |
