| 摘 要： | 利用三阶段DEA窗口模型对2005-2014年我国其中31个省市自治区的公共文化服务支出效率进行评估,结果表明:环境因素和随机误差对我国公共文化服务支出效率有显著影响;我国公共文化服务支出效率的总体水平较高,但呈下降趋势;我国公共文化服务支出效率存在明显的地区差异,且地区间效率水平无收敛趋势.

| Abstract: | The paper researches public culture service efficiency of 31 provinces in China via Three Stage DEA Window Model by using the panel data from 2005 to 2014.The results show that the public culture service efficiencies are affected by environmental factors and random error remarkably.The efficiencies are generally high and declined during the sample period.The efficiencies regional imbalance exists,and the efficiencies difference between regions is gradually expanding. |
