摘    要:介绍了自由变温下的药物稳定性问题的一种新算法,以最小二乘法为理论基础,以A IC准则确定拟合多项式的次数,利用数学软件M ATHEM ATICA,用N IN TEGRATE函数取代传统的辛普森数值积分.程序运算结果表明:计算简单,运算量小,与室温留样结果吻合较好.

Abstract:This article introduces a new algorithm about the medicial stability problem under the flexible heating,taking the method of least square as the theoretical foundation,figuring the degree of the fitting polynomial with AIC criterion,using mathematical software—Mathematica,and replacing the traditional Simpson numerical integration with the NIntegrate function.The result shows: the calculation is simply,the amount of operation is small,and it is identical to leave the result with the sample at room temperature.
