The effectiveness of management for a firm is characterized by the effective use of all the resources in determining the amount of output produced and in-time adjustment of scale economy.By the equal efficiency production function,the economic growth can be expressed as the sum of the increase in output due to the input contribution,the technological progress and the effect of management that explains much of the change in technical efficiency.With this decomposition,we may measure the contribution rate of management to the economic growth based on each possible variation in those component levels in this equation.The methodology developed in this research emphasizes strongly the relationship between the production process and the connotation and extension of effectiveness of management,and the decomposition based on equal efficiency production function exhibits obviously the geometric and economic significance.
