| 摘 要： | 本文对一类分布，提出一种在储存可靠性试验场合下分布参数的非迭代估计─ISRDF估计，这种估计是相合的，渐近正态的．该方法方便实用，模拟表明对某些分布精度良好．应用于实测数据的分析中，得到了较好的效果．

THE ISOTONIC ANALYSIS OF DATA FROM STORAGE RELIABILITY TRIALS |

| Abstract: | In this paper propose a noniterative method to analyse the data from storage reliability trials.This method involves isotonic analysis and least square steps,and gives a strongly consistent and asympotaticlly normal estimator of life distribution parameters.Some Monto-Carlo results are presented to illustrate the properties of this method. |
