| 摘 要： | 现代社会专业化分工日趋细密、技术技能要求日趋尖端,对人口素质的要求益发凸现在一个举足轻重的地位.本文通过AHP指标权重分配方法,使用一个完整的分层指标体系将中国人口素质进行量化,将主观与客观结合起来,形成统一的单一指数.模型显示,在考虑各指标权重的背景下,我国人口素质在各指标的共同作用下,人口综合素质持续增长,没有出现人口素质下降的年份,1978年以来综合人口素质水平上升了10.64倍,我国人口素质增长情况令人鼓舞.

| Abstract: | Technology progress is becoming much more fast than before.Modern society requires high quality of the population.This paper tries to assign weights by AHP method. This method can help us to construct an index system.Prom the system we found that the quality of Chinese population was increased in high speed in 30 years.The growing quality of Chinese population is a great power,and we are encouraging by the power. |
