| Abstract: | This paper investigated an index marks system and its formula for an evaluation for web search engine, while a measuring tool for identifying all weighing of index marks was presented, too. On basis of that, a mathematic model, practically proved by actual examples, is established based on the theory of multiattribute decision making. |
