摘    要:测定纱线的混纺比在纺织工程的实践中有着重大的实际意义.在特征值提取环节,结合相关文献,从“径长”的角度提出面积系数、异形度、波动率等形态指标并利用其合理地构成特征向量.重点讨论鉴定纱线混纺比中聚类分析的数学方法.结合非线性优化模型和遗传算法,通过适当的编程计算,从而得出较好的聚类分析结果.

Abstract:It is significant to measure the blending ratio of yarn in the practice of textile engineering.During the extraction of characteristic value,the paper puts forward acreage index, abnormity index and fluctuation index combining some literatures.By these morphologic indexes it is convenient to construct corresponding eigenvector.It is the key point to discuss useful mathematical method for the cluster analysis during the measurement of the blending ratio.The paper sets up nonlinear optimal model for it.Using feasible fitness function and genetic algorithm,the paper gets fine results for cluster analysis.
