| 摘 要： | 房地产风险投资决策是复杂的多目标决策问题 ,本文介绍采用模糊迭代方法对决策各参数指标数值进行处理 ,求出各指标值权重相应优属度数值 ,完成风险投资方案的排序择优 ,并结合应用介绍该模型的评价方法 .

| Abstract: | It is a complex problem of multi-objective decision making on ventute investment in estate. This paper introduces the method of fuzzy iteration to calculate subordinate degree to optimization of indicator by performing data processing of decision parameters, then orders the alternative schemes of venture investment in estate. Finally an assessment method of the mathematic model is put forward combined with practical application. |
