| 摘 要： | 以对79家台商投资企业的问卷调查所得一手数据为样本,对台商投资大陆以及投资区位选择的影响因素进行了描述性统计分析,结果显示除集聚因素、市场因素、政策因素、劳动力因素等传统影响因素外,人文因素也是影响台商投资的重要因素.进一步,研究通过建立有序响应变量的累积logit模型,验证了劳工供应、租税奖励诱因、大陆市场广阔、成长迅速、海外人才引入方便性等因素是台商投资意愿的重要影响因素.
