| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of recent research in risk theory,the concept of the heavier-tailed distribution is been introduced,Some of its characters are given by its failure rate,Then this paper discusses a series of problems related to how to judge the distribution class and gets good results of the distribution with its the failure rate r(x) eventually decreasing to 0. |
