摘    要:近年来我国房地产业发展迅速,但同时房地产业也面临较为严峻的问题和挑战.基于投机价格衡量法,建立房地产行业发展稳定度模型,并且通过SPSS软件对相关数据进行回归分析,测算出全国房地产市场的发展稳定度,结果表明我国房地产行业发展态势基本处于警戒区域,最后提出促进我国房地产市场健康稳定发展的对策.

Abstract:In recent years China's real estate industry develops rapidly,but at the same time it is also facing more serious problems and challenges.This paper is based on the speculative price method and build a stability model for the real estate industry.And then regression analysis of the data is conducted by SPSS software to measure the stability of the development of China's real estate industry.The result shows that the development trend of China's real estate industry is basically in the warning area.At last this paper put forward solutions to promote development of China's real estate market healthily and steadily.
