| 摘 要： | 利用协整检验的相关理论,对我国高技术企业的技术创新投入与产业之间进行协整分析和因果关系检验,构建出创新投入(R&D投入和科技人才投入)和创新产出(专利申请数)之间的误差修正模型,揭示了我国高技术企业创新投入和创新产出的动态均衡关系,并提出增加高技术企业创新投入,促进技术创新的对策建议.

| Abstract: | By using a theory of cointegration test,this paper employs the cointegration analysis and causality test to investigate the relationship of R&D investment、Human Resources and technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in China,and then sets up the error correction model between them.This paper reveals that the stable dynamic equilibrium relationship exists between the input-output analysis of innovation.Further the measures to increase innovation investment and promote technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in China are proposed. |
