| Abstract: | This paper discusses the model of es timation of the Human Capital′s Value, using the method of input-output model to describe the process of the yield of the Human Capital. We also discuss the f easibility of the model and construct an operable calculative model of Human Cap ital. And there is discussion of the variation of some basic conceptions caused by the asymmetry of the input-output model. |
