地下水与社会经济的协调发展分析模型及其应用

在我国北方水资源短缺的许多地区,发展用水主要是靠加大地下水超采量来维持的,即通过牺牲后备资源和生态环境,地下水资源对国民经济发展做出了重要贡献.但随着地下水资源的枯竭,可能对区域社会经济带来一定影响.为评价这种影响,提出了一个协调发展模型,简单实用,能够反映客观实际.并在海河流域的典型区域进行了实际应用,结果表明许多地区的地下水环境状况相当不容乐观,在发展经济的同时,也应当注意生态环境的保护.

Accordant Development evaluating Model of Groundwater and Social Economic and its Application

In north of China,the using water mainly depends on overdrafting groundwater to support in many areas.The groundwater makes an important role in the economic development.But it could bring about some effects on the social economic along with the groundwater being overdrafed out.For evaluating the effects,an accordant development model was provided that is simple and utility,and the model was applied in some typical areas in Haihe River basin.The results show that the groundwater environment is too bad in some areas,and the ecological environment should be noticed with the economic development.
