This article expounds the importance of small and medium enterprises in the national economy,it points out that electronic commerce has a natural adaptability and feasible generalization to small and medium-sized enterprises.It reveals that the research object contains a wide range of fuzziness,and the necessity of applying the interval fuzzy uncertain language.This article introduces the basic concepts,basic operation,arithmetic average and weighted average,distance,expectation function,precision function,the expected function value,the precision function value and object comparison method of interval intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain language.This article presents the steps of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain linguistic decision making:Set the program set,index set,expert set,determine the evaluation matrix,determine the weight of the index,calculate the weighted average,calculate the expectation function,precision function,the expected function value,the precision function value,and then sort.As an example of the design of e-commerce website,this article draws a conclusion that the scheme 3 is better than the scheme 2 and the scheme is better than the scheme 5 and the scheme is better than the scheme 1 and the result is better than the scheme 4.
