摘    要:经济新常态下,我国经济增速由高速增长转为中高速增长,政府更加注重经济发展的质量,体现在金融方面就是更加注重金融发展质量.首先就经济新常态与金融发展质量的关系进行了阐述,认为金融发展质量的提高是经济新常态的表现.接着运用基于中心点混合三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评估模型对我国其中31个省份2014年的金融发展质量进行了测度,最后得出结论:我国各省份金融发展质量水平参差不齐,各省份发展现状不同.并且分析了聚类结果,对处于金融发展质量每一层次的省份提出了相应的对策建议.

Abstract:Under the new normal economic situation,the growth rate of China's economic is from high to medium speed,the government pays more attention to the quality of economic development,reflected in the financial side is more focus on the quality of financial development.In this paper,the relationship between the quality of economic new normal and financial development is described,and the improvement of the quality of financial development is the performance of the new economy.Then based on the gray clustering evaluation model of the center point mixed triangle whitening weight function,the quality of financial development in 31 provinces in China was measured.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that the level of financial development in different provinces is uneven and the status of different provinces is different.And analyzing the clustering results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the quality of the financial development in different level of the provinces.
