| Abstract: | In competitive tendering for construction, the price-decision-making is the decisive factor for bidding and making profits in construction. On the basis of discussing the theory and approach on election of construction projects and price-decision making, this paper analyses the risks-making-decision project cases with Bayesian Approach and Expectancy. It can help the contractors to make prompt decision for bid. |
