| Abstract: | Through the empirical analysis of Hebei province town habitants′ present income standard,structural changes in their income of the last years and the characteristics of increase in their income, this essay establishes the forecasting model of their income standard,and thus provides scientific basis for increasing their income and readjusting their income disparity. |
