Redefinition and Understanding Fisher Effect Formula with Unit Change Rate |

| Abstract: | This article analysis the continuous compounding rate and explain the problems existed in fisher effect formula.By using the unit rate,we give a new expression for the fisher effect formula and prove that the formula we give is equivalent to the fisher effect formula which existed in teaching material. |
