贫困测度动态研究

把贫困测度作为样本的函数,即是一个统计量,进而探讨其均值和方差,以及在某一区间的概率.利用中国营养与健康调查8个年度的数据,计算贫困测度的均值.和传统的贫困测度相比,贫困测度作为统计量更多地综合了样本的信息,将静态的贫困测度转化为动态的统计量,为我国扶贫工作提供决策依据更具有理论价值和现实意义.

Dynamic Study of the Poverty Measure

In this paper,poverty measure is function of the sample,which is a statistic,and then we discussed its mean and variance,as well as probability of within a certain range.We used eight year's data from China nutrition and health survey and calculated the average of poverty measure.Compared with the traditional poverty measure,poverty measure which is a statistic more integrated with sample information and static poverty measure can be converted to dynamic statistic.This will provide decision basis more theoretical value and practical significance for China's poverty alleviation work.
