摘    要:联合作战指挥人才素质能力对于军队的发展乃至我国国防事业都具有至关重要的作用.通过文献分析、专家访谈等方法得到联合作战指挥人员素质与能力条目,并分别构建了联合作战指挥员和联合作战参谋人员的素质与能力模型;利用SPSS 18.0和AMOS 17.0对所构建的模型进行实证检验,所构建的模型较为理想.最后,通过团体焦点访谈对模型进一步修正,得到了联合作战指挥员及参谋的素质与能力最终模型,为我国联合作战指挥人才的选拔、培养提供有价值的参考.

Research on the Qualities and Capabilities of Talents of Joint Operations Command Based on Competency Theory
Abstract:Qualities and capabilities of talents of joint operations command are crucial to the development of national defense.In this paper,we analyzed the competency items of talents of joint operations command,and obtained the joint operations command competency models,respectively to commanders and staff officers,considering the expert interview results and literature review.And then,we tested the model by SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0,and the results that the constructed models are ideal.At last,in order to further improve the constructed models,focus group interviews have been implemented to modify the competency framework and form the final version which provides valuable reference to the selection and training of talents of joint operations command.
