代销集成服务模式下的农产品供应链协调研究

冷链物流短板制约了生鲜电商发展.基于平台商(代销商)为供应商提供“代销+冷链物流”的集成服务模式,构建了供应商和代销商的集中式决策和分散式决策模型,求解出最优代销期和保鲜努力水平.在此基础上,重点探讨了损耗分担、物流成本分担、收益共享和“收益共享+损耗分担”组合契约协调农产品供应链的性质.结论表明,4种契约均不能完美协调农产品代销供应链,但前3种可以实现供应链效率的帕累托改进.相较而言,损耗分担契约的效率改善效果最好、适用性最强.

Coordination in Agri-food Supply Chain under Consignment Integrated Service Mode

The shortage of high level cold chain service restricts the development of fresh e-commerce.Based on the integrated service mode of "consignment+cold-chain logistics" provided by platform supplier,the centralized and decentralized decision-making models of the supplier and the commission merchant are constructed,and the optimal consignment period and the level of preservation efforts are solved out.On this basis,we mainly explores the properties of four types of contracts to coordinate the agri-food supply chain,namely loss sharing contract,logistics cost sharing contract,revenue sharing contract and "revenue sharing+loss sharing " contract.The results indicate that none of the four types of contracts can coordinate the consignment supply chain,but the first three could achieve Pareto improvement of supply chain efficiency.In contrast,the efficiency improvement of loss-sharing contract is the best and whose applicability is the strongest.
