In this paper we study the minor matrix of positively definite matrix,make use of contract standard form to give a sufficient and necessary condition under which a minor matrix of complex positively definite matrix is still positively definite matrix,and to give a sufficient and necessary condition under which a minor matrix of real positively definite matrix is still positively definite matrix,the result of simple and practical.
