| Abstract: | An SEIR Model that incorporates saturating incidence and the disease infectivity in the latency is established and analyzed.The basic reproduction number R_0is obtained for the model,and the sufficient condition that the disease free equilibrium and the unique endemic equilibrium are glogally asymptotically stable is derived. |
