| 摘 要： | 以2002～2004年我国A股市场发生控制权有偿转让的上市公司为样本,建立面板Logit模型,利用偏极大似然估计方法估计上市公司各项财务指标对其控制权转移的影响效应.主要结论是:主营业务利润率、净利润增长率、每股净资产、总资产等共11个财务指标对控制权转移有显著影响.

| Abstract: | Using the partial MLE method of the panel Logit model,this paper analyses the impact of relative financial indices on controlling right transferring,based on the data from 2002 to 2004.The empirical results show that controlling right transferring is significantly influenced by 11 financial indices,such as the profit rate on the main business service,increase rate on net profit,net assets per share,total assets,etc. |
