| 摘 要： | 模糊判断矩阵是决策者给出的一种重要的偏好信息形式。根据模糊判断矩阵互补性的特点，提出一个模糊判断矩阵相容性的指标，并研究模糊判断矩阵相容性和一致性的关系，在此基础上定义了一个模糊判断矩阵与其特征矩阵的偏差矩阵，给出了一致性改进的新方法，最后进行了实例分析，结果表明该方法行之有效。

| Abstract: | Fuzzy judgement matrix is a kind of important preference information form provided by (decision) maker. Based on the complementary characteristics of fuzzy judgement matrix, a (compatibility) index is proposed in this paper. The relations between compatibility and consistency of (fuzzy) judgement matrices are also studied. Then a deviation matrix is defined which can reflect the (difference) of fuzzy judgement matrix and its characteristic matrix. A new method of improving the (consistency) of fuzzy judgement matrices is given. Finally, an example shows the feasibility and (effectiveness) of this method. |
