基于可拓学的小微企业创业创新基地综合评价研究

小微企业创业创新基地是开展创业创新活动的重要载体,对其建设水平进行评价研究,有利于指导区域要素集聚,促进基地的高水平建设和发展。本研究基于创业生态系统理论,构建小微企业创业创新基地理论模型,并从创业服务、创新服务、资源网络、价值创造4个方面构建评价模型;设置山西省小微企业创业创新基地的综合评价指标体系,用可拓学方法对基地的建设水平进行实证评价研究;对结果进行分析讨论,结合双创示范经验提出山西省小微企业创业创新基地的发展对策。为小微企业创业创新基地的建设与评价研究提供一定的理论参考。

Study on Extension Comprehensive Evaluation of Small and Micro Business Entrepreneurial Innovation Base

The small and micro business entrepreneurial innovation base is an important carrier to carry out entrepreneurial innovation activities.To evaluate its construction level is conducive to guiding regional factor agglomeration and promoting the high-level construction and development of the base.Based on the theory of entrepreneurship ecosystem,this study constructs a theoretical model of small and micro enterprises’entrepreneurship innovation base,and constructs an evaluation model from four aspects:entrepreneurship service,innovation service,resource network and value creation.Establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of Shanxi small and micro enterprises’entrepreneurship innovation base,and conducts an empirical evaluation study on the construction level of the base by extension method.Based on the analysis and discussion of the results and the experience of double-venture demonstration,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of small and micro enterprises’entrepreneurship innovation base in Shanxi Province.It provides some theoretical reference for the research on construction and evaluation of small and micro business entrepreneurial innovation base.
