| 摘 要： | 在对知识联盟中知识转移和知识创造过程分析的基础上，本文构造了一个基于吸收能力和知识透明性的知识联盟动态博弈模型，分析了吸收能力和知识透明程度对参与组织决策和利润的重要作用。最后给出了进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the process of knowledge transfer and creation in knowledge alliance, this paper gives a dynamic game model of knowledge alliance based on absorptive capability and knowledge transparency. The influence of absorptive capability and transparency of knowledge on the decision of participators is analyzed. Future study about the issue is given at last. |
