The Application of Assignment Problems in the Supplier Selection in Supply Chain

The supplier selection in supply chain is usually a multiple attribute decision making problem. This paper regards the problem as an assignment problem. The key in an assignment problem is to make the matrix of "efficiency" certain. The matrix of " efficiency" has been constructed based on the single ranking of the supplier, the weight of appraisement attribute as well as the appraisement value of the supplier. The assignment model of the supplier comprehension selection has been established. The result of a case shows this method is reasonable, effective. Another decision of feasible has been offered for multiple attribute decision making problem.
