| 摘 要： | 本文运用DEA（Data Envelopment Analysis）技术，建立了电子政务网站评估的DEA模型，并对全国28个省市的政府网站进行了详细的评估。该评估模型与目前常用的电子政务网站评估方法不同之处在于，不仅比较各网站的物理表征指标与服务内涵，还考虑到各省市的社会、经济发展基本指标。这样将电子政务的活动同其建设环境联系起来，更客观地评估人在电子政务中的能动作用，以及电子政府作为建设项目的投人产出效率。同时，利用DEA分析方法进行评价，还能向各网站提供如何改进网站的建设工作的指导信息，为有关部门对政府网站的评价和管理提供了一种新方法。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, a DEA evaluation model of the official province websites is proposed. The model can not only give a grade to the performance of official website, but also provisdes the input-output efficiencies of the e-govenment for each province and the information guiding the website in their management. Therefore, this model can be also used for reference in e-government sectors. |
