| Abstract: | Using factors analysis method of the multivariate statistics,the paper analyses the financial year statement of joint stock companies,it can be seen from the analysis result that this method is practical and effective for comprehensive analysis of the financial year statement of joint stock companies. And the analysis result may be regarded as one of main foundations for investment's reference. |
