区域3E系统协调发展水平PLS-SEM测度模型及应用研究

在总结现有3E系统协调发展水平测度方法缺陷的基础上,提出了基于PLS-SEM方法的3E系统协调发展水平测度模型,并从总量、结构和质量三个维度构建了3E系统指标体系,最后测度了1978年到2008年中国3E整体系统及各子系统的协调发展水平。研究表明:(1)PLS-SEM模型能有效弥补现有测度方法的缺陷,适应于3E系统协调发展水平的测度;(2)考察期内中国3E整体系统及各子系统协调发展水平呈递增的态势,其中经济子系统增长较快,也是3E整体系统协调发展水平增长的重要保证;(3)系统的总量维度隐变量对3E系统协调发展水平变动的影响最大,质量维度和结构维度隐变量均较小,说明中国社会经济的发展仍未摆脱粗放式的增长模式。

Study on the Application of PLS-SEM Model to Measure the Coordination Level of the Regional 3E System

Based on analyzing the defects of the evaluation methods,which was used to measure the coordinated development level of the existing 3E system,this paper provides a new method to measure the coordinated development level of 3E system with PLS-SEM model.Then the index system was constructed from the three dimensions of the quantity,structure and quality.Finally,the coordination level of the overall system and sub-3E system of China was measured from 1978 to 2008.Research shows that:(1)The PLS-SEM model can compensate for the shortcomings of existing measurement methods,and it adapted to measure the coordinated development level of the 3E system.(2)The coordinated development level of the whole 3E system of China was increasing during the review period,and the economic sub-system is increased rapidly,which is the important guarantee for its growth.(3)The total amount hidden dimensions of the system has a greatest impact on the coordinated development level of 3E system,and the quality dimensions and structural dimensions has a minor impact on it,it inducted that the development of social and economic in China has not yet rid of extensive growth mode.
