摘    要:植物品种权价值链建设与管理的关键在于合作伙伴之间的利益分配是否合理。公平合理的利益分配关系是促进合作、共建品种权价值链的动力机制。本文借鉴学术界相关领域研究成果,提出用Shapley值法分析植物品种权价值链合作伙伴间的利益分配问题,综合考虑各个伙伴创新能力、风险承担和合作程度等因素,引入技术创新激励指数、风险因子、资源投入量等变量进一步调整基础利益分配额,力图使修正后的分配结果更公平、合理,并引入案例验证了该分配方案的可行性和合理性。

Abstract:Fair and equitable profit allocation among partners of plant variety rights value chain is the dynamic mechanism of promoting cooperation,and building value chain and constructing and administrating a reasonable allocation are the key to do it.In this paper,based on the corresponding research results,a new idea and method of profit allocation among plant variety rights value chain is put forward concerning the Shapley value.Besides,with regard to such factors as the innovation ability,the acceptance of risk and the extent of cooperation,the paper modifies the original model and attempts to make the modified allocation results more equitable.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and the availability of the developed method.
