不确定决策环境下绿色供应商选择方法研究

摘    要:针对不确定环境下绿色供应商选择问题,提出了一种属性权重信息完全未知且属性值以区间数形式给出的多属性决策方法。基于区间数相离度概念,定义了区间数的平均差,建立属性权重计算方法——带参数的平均差极大化方法。此方法具有一定的柔性,可以通过参数来调节属性之间的差别程度。最后把该方法应用于绿色供应商选择,说明了该方法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract:This paper studies the problem for choosing green supplier under uncertain decision-making and and proposes a kind of uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problems,in which the information about the attribute weights are unknown completely and the attribute values are in the forms of interval numbers.By using the deviation degree,the mean deviations of interval numbers are defined and a method for determining the weights of uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problems is proposed by maximizing mean deviations.This method has a certain degree of flexibility and can adjust the difference between the levels of weights by utilizing the associated parameters.Finally,a numerical example of evaluating green suppliers is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.
