| 摘 要： | 企业集团组织管理的核心是决策。本文运用演化博弈的方法，构建一个双层演化博弈模型，证明企业集团的决策是介于三个决策层之间演化博弈的一种动态决策机制，企业集团的决策过程是在高端层次的“选择”和低端层次的“突变”的互动中体现出来的。

| Abstract: | The most important management of corporate group is decision. Using evolutionary game theory, the paper builds a double evolutionary model to prove that the decision of corporate group is a dynamic mechanism between three levels. The decision process materializes between the selection of higher level and mutation of lower level. |
