| Abstract: | The theory basis is analyzed here on the human capital participating in the division of property right. Besides, the stimulation model of property rights and its applicability in China are discussed here. The author puts forth the trial stimulation model of property rights by means of human capital in high-tech enterprises on competitive personnel market. |
