| 摘 要： | 针对虚拟企业多元化经营问题，建立优化模型，以使风险降低，收益增加，为虚拟企业多元化经营提供理论和方法论基础。研究表明，多元化经营可以分散风险和整合资源，是虚拟企业进行虚拟运作的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Optimization model is established for diversified operation of virtual enterprise in the paper to reduce its risk and increase its income, and it provides the theory and methodology for the diversifed operation of virtual enterprise. The research indicates that diversified operation separates risk and integrates resources, so it is an important means of virtual operation for the virtual enterprise. |
