基于AHP-灰色聚类分析的高新技术成果综合转化价值评价

高新技术成果综合转化价值的测度同时受到实施企业经营绩效、项目管理团队运营能力、项目技术经济可行性分析、项目转化综合风险等四个层面因素的影响，如何整体衡量这些制约因素导致项目综合转化价值的消长，对于优选高新技术转化项目予以实施是至关重要的，本文建立基于AHP-灰色定权聚类分析方法的评价模型，收集数据开展实证分析，演示评价方法的操作流程，同时借助简要蛛网模型分解剖析高新技术成果的转化价值并提供优化策略。

Evaluation of High New-Tech Outcome's Transformative Comprehensive Value Based on AHP-GCA method

Measure of high new-tech outcome transformative comprehensive value is influenced by many factors, such as operational performance of implemental enterprises, operational ability of management group, technological economic feasibility analysis and comprehensive risk of transformative project. It is essential for optimum selection of high new-tech outcome transformative project to measure influence on outcome's transformative comprehensive value of above-mentioned factors. This article constructs evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Fixed Weight Clustering Analysis method, collects data for carrying out empirical analysis, demonstrates operational procedure of evaluation method, and uses the cobweb model to parse transformative value of high new-tech outcome for providing optimizing strategy.
